On TV this week it said you can check your contract status by sending INFO to 85075.
I've tried that and get a reply from Virgin saying
Oops! Looks like you've entered those keywords incorrectly.
How do we make this work?

@Loosecanons - Can you try texting INFO and your full DOB (with the format 01031990) and let me know if that works?
If not and you get the same error can you let me know who your mobile network provider is and I'll pass back this information.
