I seem to be unable to send texts to 80011. Anyone know why?

Are you getting any kind of error message or code you when trying to send the text?
Are you currently connected to the mobile network with signal showing?
Have you tried rebooting the handset to see if the issue persists?

The error is ‘your message was not sent.’ I have carrier signal and restarted my phone. I am able to send to other people.

Thank you for confirming! This may be happening due to text charges and your account settings surrounding charges for texts. (For example premium number barring or a spend cap).
You should be able to update these settings via your My Virgin Mobile online account 👉 virg.in/myVM but if you are unable to please let us know and we can send you a PM to offer further support if needed.

Have you had previous issues sending to these types of numbers? You may wish to check your O2 online account for any potential restrictions, spend caps etc, or call them from your mobile? I am sorry. At this time, we deal with Virgin Media cable and Virgin Mobile services only.
