I keep getting "marketing" and "competition" text messages from Virgin to my Mobile.
I don't want them.
They always finish by saying "NO to 62147 to opt out". I do this and invariably get "Message send failure - Not Delivered"
How can I actually opt out - I'm fed up with this Spam?

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're receiving text messages from us which aren't wanted. Whilst there are no charges when texting "NO" to 62147, as it is a short-coded number, these tend to be blocked due to a "Premium/Short Code Number Bar" being active on your Mobile service.
Are you currently a Mobile customer with us, or another provider? Can you please advise what the text messages are advising, so we can identify whether it's coming from our Media, or Mobile marketing?
