I have just changed phones to a Realme 7 5g. I have put my old sim from an old 4g handset yet my coverage on the new phone is still only 4g.
Do I need to upgrade my plan to be able to use 5g or does Virgin Mobile not support my device?
Bristol is covered under the 5g coverage from what I can see, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to why it's not working.
Any advice appreciated.

In order to get 5G, you will need a 5G SIM and tariff. To get this sorted please speak to the team on 789 / 0345 600 0789 for the team to get this sorted.
