5G?

I received the email from Virgin saying I was now able to get 5g on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The Virgin coverage checker says I am in a 5g area with good coverage. iPhone is up to date. No 5g? It’s the same when I am out and about.....

Have you checked if it's enabled?

Re: 5G?

Thanks Carl, I’ve checked and it only shows up to 4g. Do I need to force a Virgin carrier update? How do I do that?

How old is your SIM card? You may need a new one.

You'll need to check with VM.
