I'm wondering if anyone has any issues with 5G connectivity on the network. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest software installed, and live in London in a 5G area. My phone connects to 5G signal as it says so in the top right by the bars, but I'm unable to access anything on the internet, and the phone basically becomes useless. I called support earlier, and was told it's not in my area, despite the Virgin website telling me so, only to be told there is an issue with the mast in my area. This also cannot be true as I went to another town and experienced the same identical issue (the handler then dropped my call, as they had clearly run out of ideas by that point).
