Hiya, I'm having an issue with the 4g on my phone.

• I'm using a Google pixel 4, 4g has worked with this phone before so I don't know what went wrong. 3g still works, so I've been using that.

I checked the help pages on virgin and did everything they said to test apart from factory reset. I even tried my sim in my hubby's phone, which has previously worked before, and 4g wouldn't work.

I don't want to reset yet if there is possibly a way to fix it so I'm hoping someone can help. 🤘😁

Can I ask when you started to face these issues? 

Also can you not access 4G anywhere you go?

I can't seem to access 4g anywhere at the moment and I think it started about 3 or 4 months ago.
