4g really slow since changing package

I recently changed my family's mobile deals to the family discount deals. Even though I was with Virgin before, since my package change my Internet service where I work has gone really bad. Whereas before it was perfect. Someone has mentioned I could have been swapped on to an O2 mast which is known to be rubbish where I am. Could this be the case? If so, is there any way back?

Hey smegheadsteve, thank you for reaching out, I am sorry to hear of the signal problem lately. 

Okay, so yes we have begun the Migration of our customers over to the O2 network.

However if you made any changes recently this should migrate you on the O2 network right away. 

Unfortunately once this is done there is no way to be put back on the old network, so I am sorry about this. Thanks
