Hi

Left 02 because there data service was just horrendous and went to virgin mobile and low and behold these muppets merged with 02 !!!

4g and 5g speeds are just shocking, i go in the canteen at work and i can't even get  a data signal!!. The ironic thing about it is i work opposite the areas Virgin offices, This is possibly the biggest mistake i have ever made, Now I'm contemplating paying this crap off and taking a hit just to be able to move providers.

Virgin get you're sh*t together and stop ripping people off.

Virgin Media & O2 are in the process of merging their UK businesses, this naturally extends to VM's mobile proposition.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've been having with your Mobile Data. 

Have you been able to speak with our Mobile technical team at all regarding this? 

If so, what have they advised?
