websites do not load, download speed is 0.1Mb.. just unusable. I got the unlimited SIM as part of a TV/Broadband package and moved from O2 to VM but it is unuseable. Please help.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your mobile data. Is this happening whilst in your home or are multiple locations?
Also is there anyone else within your property on our network experiencing the same issue?
