4G issues RM16

Has anyone else been experiencing awful 4G services in the RM16 area?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have been having mobile issues. Can you clarify what issues you have been having? Is the handset not connecting to the network or are you getting an error?

Hi Corey, I’ve been having problems with the internet. Some websites won’t open and others take ages but I’ve managed to get though to Virgin support and they’re sending me a new SIM card because they think that may be the issue. Thanks for your reply

Have you now received the SIM card? If so, has this resolved the issued for you?

 

If you're happy to share you're full postcode with me I will be able to look into the masts in your local area to see if there is an issue in the local area
