Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have been having mobile issues. Can you clarify what issues you have been having? Is the handset not connecting to the network or are you getting an error?
Hi Corey, I’ve been having problems with the internet. Some websites won’t open and others take ages but I’ve managed to get though to Virgin support and they’re sending me a new SIM card because they think that may be the issue. Thanks for your reply
