4G internet no longer working

I have a 4G Pay Monthly account with Virgin Mobile, and I am no longer getting any mobile internet on my device (Xiaomi Mi A1). There is nothing wrong with the handset itself, since I am getting a good connection with a different SIM card. I have tried restarting the handset many times, and it didn't help.

How can I get this problem fixed? Is there a number I can call to speak to some support team?

Sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your 4g data connection.
