I’m in the City of London today, postcode EC2N 1HQ. I just did a speedtest and get 0.08Mbs download speed, 17Mbs upload speed. It’s been like this for over a month now.I’ve now decided to move to another provider as no one is actively fixing this issue at Virgin. My business is suffering as a result of being unable to open emails or webpages at this location. The EE download speeds are fine at this location, it’s a Virgin problem that no one seems to want to fix.
I’ve been through endless diagnostics with various members of your CS team. Nothing works and it’s not a problem with my setup, as when I travel a mile to the East of his location full speed is resumed. Therefore this is an issue specific to this location. Please check the nearest masts for issues? If there are no issues logged on your system then it must be a capacity issue at the Virgin end as EE works fine here.
Sorry to tell you. We all have give through this procedure a couple of times. Nobody could solve the problem by now. More concerning, it looks that your own staff does not use VM because then they would have noticed the technical problems while working in central London.
