Thanks guys for letting me know. Especially the EE facts, perfect connection at the same spot. Yes, Virgin must have changed sth.... and now they are not able to provide the service they are selling... for 3 weeks now.

I haven't cancelled mine yet but I've asked for them to provide an actual resolution time and if it's not within a reasonable timeframe, then compensation + an agreement which states that no penalties will be applied for leaving the contract early.
With regards to resolver.co.uk, I can only advise logging a ticket too as it requires your acc no to proceed. The more complaints through there, the better (?)
Sorry, I should have been more clear. It was the part of the resolver.co.uk submission and have requested that this is what I hope to receive if Virgin can't resolve the issue timely. The submission I did directly through resolver. Hope that answers your question.

I think I'll go to resolver.co.uk now as well, it's been a month, I've had enough. The only reason I've waited this much is because I hate it so much to look for a proper sim deal elsewhere, but I think it's time...
