seen a similar post on here that didn’t seem resolved. Any answers ?

Thanks for coming back to us @Batstonr.
Please could you turn off your handset, remove the sim card and then put it back in and reboot your handset?
Please could you try and let me know if that helps at all.

Hi Batstonr,
There are numerous posts about similar problems relating to Belgium ( +32 international dialling code) , the following link might help.

Hello Bastonr
Sorry to hear of the iPhone number issues experienced, we appreciate the frustration this can cause and you raising it via the forums.
Were you able to try the following as recommended by enlli:
You need to find your SIM toolkit. I believe it is now located under connections
Select SIM Applications
Select Roaming
Select Select mode
Select National or Virgin
Select International and you are done, go back Home screen to retry
The toolkit will be an app on your phone, you can find it via the search option.

To save us going over old ground and suggesting resolutions you have already tried, can you confirm what steps you have tried Bastonr?
Have you spoken to Apple in regards to this also?

This advice is wrong. When in the UK you have to select NATIONAL
Only use international abroad.

The advice given in a previous post about setting the SIM Toolkit is wrong.
In the UK you must set it to NATIONAL
