Hi,
I recently ordered a new contract with virgin mobile. I got a phone call to set up my new contract and I thoigh everything was in order.
I've just received 3 separate sims in the post but no new phone. I'm confused as to whether the phone is coming later or I've misunderstood the operator over the phone and I've accidentally ordered just a sim plan.

I'm sorry to hear there may have been some confusion when placing an order with us. In most circumstances, we despatch both the SIM and Handset(s) together. We can definitely look into this further for you and see what has happened.
