3 SIMS received but which sim is for which phone--really unclear???

Dear people out there -- I've joined up with Virgin and have received three SIM cards for three members of my family but it doesn't distinguish in the paperwork or on the SIM cards themselves which sim is for which family member, each with different pre-arranged SIM requirements. We are all now without phones and potentially missing vital calls/texts etc. Anyone any ideas? Please help!!!!

Good Morning hanstands,

 

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to see there's been some confusion with which SIM cards belong in each handset

 

Have you since been able to find the answer or are you still in need of assistance?

 

Each SIM card should come with a notification to state the phone number and the tariff that you've agreed to for the SIM card, do you recall which members of your family accepted each service?

 

If you still need assistance, drop a response below and either myself or a colleague will pick this up for you
