So I was attracted by the £180 trade in promotion and purchased an iPhone 12 on 12th September. my wait time for the voucher was 21-30 days. 46 days later and i still haven't received an email or sms with my voucher code! ( and yes I've checked my spam folder) I have become frustrated phoning texting or chatting with virgin help and getting the same response.. “sorry to hear that, let me check.” or “we’ll raise a ticket with your query” I swear there must be five simultaneous tickets on going with my case! Has anyone had this issue and got a resolution from Vigin mobile?

I've been unable to locate any Mobile services on our side using your Forum details. To confirm, is this for a Virgin Mobile or Media service?
Was the voucher for a Trade-In of a mobile device, or was it a voucher for taking out a Broadband service? Have you received any confirmation of a voucher being on your order?

Hi,
This is for Broadband, no mobile service.
This is what I received in an email from Broadband Choices:
"Thank you for submitting your details for the following offer:
£100 Gift Card.
If you haven't done so already, please complete your order on the Virgin Media website using the below link to ensure you receive your reward:"
Underneeth the text, was a "BUY NOW" button which I clicked. Went through the process and brought the service.
Since then I have not received any other emails after signing up and that was back in August of last year.

The board you've posted in is for Mobile products. In future, please create a post regarding any issues in their correct boards. If you have taken out a deal through a 3rd-Party, in your case, BroadbandChoices, any gift cards would be sent through them.
We only provide confirmation that the order has been processed. You would need to contact their Customer Services for further support on any additional "gifts/rewards".

You would have received an Order Confirmation email when taking out our services, which contains the details needed when speaking with BroadbandChoices. This would have been via email on the date of order, or shortly after your installation was confirmed.
