Still awaiting for my sms containing ecode for the trade in cashback offer of £180.

Been over 30days.

Phoned customer service and Likewize. Both blaming each other.

I am waiting on the promo code to enter on likewise trade in page for the additional £180. No trade in has taken place as I need the promo code to add to the trade in for the extra cashback. 

Phone support have no real answer for me.

Likewize only deal with the trade in NOT THE PROMO CODE.

Thank you for keeping us updated with this. Have you been able to check your spam inbox for any emails?


Yes followed everything to the tee. Spam boxes etc etc.


Just bored of being passed around. Just want to know when I will get the ecode?



Okay, at this point we will need to take a look at your account. What I will do is private message you to confirm your details. 


Martin seems to of gone silent after confirming my issue is about not receiving a Promo Code(ECode) for the additional cashback. Still need some answers please.
