14 day cancellation

Hi,

I would like to cancel my sim only contract. I text for a STAC code and Virgin is telling me I will incur early termination fees. But I am within the 14 day cooling off period. I have tried phoning 789 but I am unable to get through to an agent to organise cancelling without a charge. I also tried your chat, I'm waiting for more than 1 hour for a response.

I would like to leave because the signal is very weak everywhere and your customer service is dreadful.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Really sorry to hear that you're leaving us so soon and for the delay in getting back in touch. 

When you cancel the services at any point you will receive a text regarding the termination costs, this is automatic but the charges wouldn't be valid during the 14 day cooling off period, this is something we would remove for you. 

Can I ask if you've been able to speak to the team since your post?

If not then please let me know and I can ensure everything has been sorted from here.
