Signal is 1 bar of 4G most of the time, sometimes no signal at all, or drops to 3G. Only happening since yesterday, EE said they are looking in my postcode of PO19.
edit rises to 2 bars occasionally, was much better until yesterday

Could ask an EE user but remember they have access to 800MHz 4G, Virgin don't

Yeah tried them yesterday, they said that there was a fault, they replied later saying it was fixed...it wasn't
Messaged them again today, and had a text back about 20 minutes ago saying 'Its taking longer than expected to fix the fault etc...'
Will wait and see IF they fix it this time round
Hopefully it's sorted for you soon, in the meantime just be aware your point of contact for network faults should really be Virgin and not EE. Virgin after all, is who your provider is.
Yes I know the EE status checker is open to anyone to use, and that's quite handy for MVNO customers considering the alternative 😉
Got back to normal yesterday but dropped down to 1 bar again today, won’t even load instagram without WiFi being on.
See if you can find a friend or relation who uses EE (ideally direct, not via an MVNO) and see if they're having problems.
That way you can eliminate a Virgin issue. Oh, and if there is an issue still, they can report it to EE directly.
