we've not been able to access catch-up tv since joining Virgin 2 weeks ago,

We,ve been unable to access catch-up tv since joining Virgin media 2 weeks ago, been on hold forever when ringing the help line, any help much appreciated, not a great start so far

If you've only recently had VM installed, I suspect the answer is V6, but before advising.... which box do you have? https://my.virginmedia.com/your-tv-box/index.html 

CatchUp & OnDemand uses the internet, and the 2 boxes access the net differently. So the advice differs.

To be honest, it was just as simple as switching the box off and starting again! I know not rocket science but I think the OH was worried if he switched it off it would unset everything, (we aren't very techy us oldies can you tell?) just glad it's working one happy Other Half!
