my virgin box will not work I have a green screen saying dvr has detected a serious problem it’s been like this for over 24 hours now. How can I get a new box I’ve been on the phone to virgin for over an hour and still not through
That message means your hard drive has failed, it's time for a replacement box.
VM staff monitor these boards, but their current turnaround time is around a week. It's frustrating I know, but the best solution is to wait and be patient on the faults queues - an agent should be able to arrange a replacement box for you once you get through!
