virgin box broken.

my virgin box will not work I have a green screen saying dvr has detected a serious problem it’s been like this for over 24 hours now. How can I get a new box I’ve been on the phone to virgin for over an hour and still not through

best method is to stay in the call queue until your call is answered.
i assume you've tried the basic troubleshooting for the box already?

This is my plan I got through once but it’s as though my call was declined I’ve tried everything! 😞

That message means your hard drive has failed, it's time for a replacement box.

VM staff monitor these boards, but their current turnaround time is around a week. It's frustrating I know, but the best solution is to wait and be patient on the faults queues - an agent should be able to arrange a replacement box for you once you get through!
