unable to show recorded film

when i go to watch my recorded film, i have to put my pin in as it says the channel is locked (the channel is bbc one) but as soon as i put my pin in it says this. can anyone help at all please? i have full access to all channels including bbc one so im not too sure why it is saying this.

I suspect your film was recorded from the old BBC1-SD channel which was removed from VM in January 2022, replaced by BBC1-HD. As part of these changes, EPG data was retained for a year I believe, allowing those recordings to remain accessible - the grace period is more often 6months at best.

Once that EPG data is removed, this error is the result - the recording is not recoverable and should now be deleted.
