I am unable to receive uhd chanels on Amazon. After many hotline calls over months of trying. I just want an engineer

If you have a TiVO box you won't, as it is not UHD capable.

Only the V6 is capable of 4k UHD.

I don't even think Amazon is on the old TiVo box.
