tivo keeps rebooting

My tivo keeps rebooting and takes a very long time to restart. I have retried unplugging power for 30 minutes and then reconnecting, still happening after a few hours. Box fault?

Yes.

No TV box should restart anything more than occasionally and overnight. Faulty TiVo's are now replaced, via engineer visit, with V6
