95% of the items i have recorded on my Tivo hardrive either freezes or is scrambled and distorted, how can this be fixed- had problem for at least 3 months
You have one of 2 issues...
1: Your incoming TV signal has a problem, and this causes pixellation on live TV which is then recorded. Assuming you've rebooted your box once, then that's a fault.
2: Your hard drive has a fault, and this affects anything you're watching either recorded or paused - your live TV and OnDemand would be unaffected. Again, a fault.
Call VM faults to report it. I'm surprised you've put up with it for so long!
