For the past few weeks my catch up regularly comes up with ‘something went wrong with the playing of this programme’ part way through a programme I’m watching.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues when watching your shows on Catch Up.
Can you confirm if you have any other issues when watching On Demand or live channels? Also, can you confirm whether you receive this message on all programmes on catch up?
Do you receive an error code along with the error message and do are you having any issues with your broadband service since this problem occured?
