tivo box not working

Error code S101.i think i need an engineer as its not my box, i plugged in a different box and it also got the S101error code it must be something wrong with the wiring /cables in my master bedroom, my other v6 boxes are working in the house.

You can either report service faults by calling in (0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM phone) or waiting on here for a staff member to respond, this may take a couple of days.

Thanks for posting this on our forums about the issue you're having with your V6 box, I am sorry if it's been causing some frustration for you. 

I have already taken the time to check your services on my side and can see you may have spoken to us already about this, could you confirm if that's correct for me please?

If not, I have a link here about TV Errors, please take a look at your error S101 as it may help to explain what is going on. 

I can also see that you have posted another question about an issue with your landline, I'll jump onto that for you too after this post 🙂

Please let me know what the current situation is with your TV box though.
