Re: tivo box flickering

What do you mean by flickering?

If you're having problems with your TV picture that a restart hasn't resolved, check for known faults by calling 0800 5610061, and then call TV Faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111) to report it.

Re: tivo box flickering

I have texted 07533051809 and they said try virgin media page to test tv but this part is offline so I am now in a queue waiting up to 4 hours for someone to help me with the problem of EACH channel flickering. It definitely is the box because I have tried another tv with same problem.

Re: tivo box flickering

Brilliant text service ? They replied after 4 1/2 hours and I get an automated assistant who says do I still need help. I reply yes and they say they aim to respond within another 4 hours. Is this because of Corona or because the service is rubbish ? I know what I believe.

Virgin are encouraging anyone who can resolve their query by means other than calling, to do so.

If you need to call - and reporting service faults qualifies - then you are not only allowed to call, but are best doing so.
