I have texted 07533051809 and they said try virgin media page to test tv but this part is offline so I am now in a queue waiting up to 4 hours for someone to help me with the problem of EACH channel flickering. It definitely is the box because I have tried another tv with same problem.
Brilliant text service ? They replied after 4 1/2 hours and I get an automated assistant who says do I still need help. I reply yes and they say they aim to respond within another 4 hours. Is this because of Corona or because the service is rubbish ? I know what I believe.
