i had a replacement tivo box a few weeks ago but still getting a very slow response . there are still technical issues when I turnoff everything and then turn on again. i also asked for a new control but it never arrived. My phone bill is still incorrect and i am being charged extras for this . I pay £62.50 a month for phone broad band and TV .
