What a clever ploy Virgin!!! After being on the Tech/Support line for over 90 mins you suddenly get the dialling tone. Not a coincidence as exactly the same happened 3 weeks ago! Help/Support is abysmal and an utter disgrace to run a service in this way!!!!!!!
Thank you Japitts but I think I have corrected the issue. Basically I have 2 TiVo boxes and on a regular basis they lose the connection with each other. I know it’s only a matter of time before it happens again so I may well be searching for help in the near future, thank you once again
