stuck on "starting up" screen

For the last two weeks our Tivo service has been stuck on "starting up". We have disconnected/turned on again etc several times but nothing has worked. There is no call centre for us to get direct support, nor any means of calling out an engineer. I've seen several references to similar issues on previous community topics, but i don't see anything that has led to a resolution. Any suggestions/help?

(just one quick additional point: the automated tests have been run for problems in the area and no issues have been found)
