Yes the channels should be on both boxes.
It's possible that the codes have only been applied to one box in error.
Have you tried rebooting the box that isn't showing the new channels?
You can also try to force update your channels by using your remote and clicking on
Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so for them to update.
