sky sports upgrade only on one box

I have just upgraded my package today to include sky sports but it is only available on one box, should the same services not be on both boxes?

Yes the channels should be on both boxes.

It's possible that the codes have only been applied to one box in error.

Have you tried rebooting the box that isn't showing the new channels?

You can also try to force update your channels by using your remote and clicking on

Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so for them to update.
