problem with tivo box?

when I  turn the tv on,,all I get for the channels is 'to be announced'...has been like it for some time, leave tv on, but it wont budge, thanks

Hi press Home go to help and settings press OK then settings then network and reconnect to the virgin media network that will update your TV guide.Regards Micky

Hello I'm also experiencing the "to be announed" massage too, and I have done reconnect to virgin through help settings

Are you still experiencing this issue or have you called our team since your post?

 

If you're still experiencing the 'To Be Announced' on the guide can you also try reboot the box and try to reconnect to Virgin through the settings following the flow below:


Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

 

Please update us on this.

I did the reboot my tivo box then I went to the connect to VM service now but it didn't made any difference I'm still getting the 'To Be Announced' If I move forward the guide at the later time then it will say but if go back to current time it goes back to be announced

Well, my tivo box has gone because is it in a continuous start-up loop. We have to ring up tomorrow.  Just a question have to replace tivo box will I qualify for a v6 box?
