Why is my tv pixilating constantly and why can’t the virgin media team fix it ? I have phoned, did live chat, emailed and used resolver twice in the last six weeks and still no help. I was told to reboot each time I called and still not resolved. I was told they’d send me a new box which didn’t materialise! I am totally frustrated . I even bought a new tv thinking it must be that ! Why does it always take at least 45 minutes to get an answer on the phone ? I need to get this fixed or I’m leaving . Does anybody know how to help ??
Hi this usually means a signal level issue, all the above that you have mentioned will not solve the problem, you need an engineer to come to you and ajust the levels between the street box and your system, phone be polite but insist that is what you want.Regards Micky
Hi have the same problem and intermittant internet as well. How on earth do you get hold of an enginer when the call centrs are closed and the website has no way of contacting anyone other than self help self help and more self help.
