TV pixelation making viewing near impossible. Have had signal sent to box on 2 occasions now. Also have switched off/on several times and checked connections. We have had this problem for several weeks and are pretty fed up with it to be honest.
Hi phone and go down the Tv faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you and adjust the signal levels, as this is nearly always the cause of this.Regards Micky
Thanks for prompt reply. As I said, they have sent signal to box twice but will phone them and ask for stronger signal.
Call them and insist on an engineer visit. Almost certainly either a box or cabling fault, and no amount of resets, reboots or "sending signals" is going to resolve it. It needs physical on-the-ground intervention.
After being referred to specialist technicians it appears the problem is solved. I have been told the problem was caused by the broadcasters. Not had any pixellating for a day or two now so fingers crossed. Thank you to all who helped me.
