W are getting pixelation in sky movies and news and sometimes other hHD channels. Without an option to switch to non HD movies now the service is pretty useless and a waste of money. Really fed up but my contract is up in 5 weeks so I am looking hard at the service, it doesn't seem worth changing the box if I am strongly considering a change to Sky.And yes, we have rebooted, check and switched cables several times.
If you've rebooted your box once, and your connections are all finger-tight, then pixellation & picture breakup is a symptom of a signal problem caused by either a faulty box or problem on your cabling somewhere.
VM can resolve whichever of those is the problem, if you report your fault. Call TV Faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111), follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service" and they should either arrange a replacement box or an engineer visit.
