spoken with them over a week ago and was told the two new tivo power cable i need will be posted out to me but still waiting for them to arrive
read on post about this problem and people say dont replace them
so can some point me to right place

We're sorry to hear you haven't received the two power cables you were expecting 😔 We can certainly provide replacements.
In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
