on demand

can't access on demand even though I'm paying for it, 1 box works but the 2nd doesn't. error codes m63 and says account not set up

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 you need to call Virgin on the usual number to rectify the account issue that's likely causing this.
