Firstly which box do you have? You've posted this in the TiVo section but if you have VM broadband I'd have thought you'd have a V6. If you're not sure, check here - the TiVo uses a hardwired internal connection to VOD services, whereas the V6 connects to your homehub. Therefore advice on resolving this can differ.
If you have a V6, how is it connected to your homehub - Ethernet is recommended.
What fixes have you tried so far? Can you be specific? And is this problem happening on all programs, or just particular ones?
