we have an old Tivo box, back at Easter like many our box wouldn't update the guide meaning nothing recorded for two weeks and we had no guide at all. that was fixed a couple weeks later, but Seems the problem has returned for us. I've restarted the box, reset the box.
I am having to manually connect to the virgin media service through the settings to download the guide, this is taking up to an hour each time.
It's quite frustrating as there hasn't been a month without some service breaking issue since early in the year.
Can anyone offer any advice on a permanent fix. wondering if this is just a case that the box is so old it needs replacing
