I telephoned and spoke to a young lady, she kept on going away to check, eventually told me that she would need to refer to her manager, after a couple of minutes, there was click, click and I was disconnected. I immediately telephoned back and was placed in a long queue. I gave up after 30 minutes and found that I had a missed call from Virgin on my other phone. I tried all day without any success. I tried again at 8 this morning, was placed in a queue after a couple of minutes, I was a disconnected.
