Just called to sort out dey this and restarted it and not fixed had to call again to have fixed.

This is also being reported on the Sky forum, so it would appear to be an issue with the broadcaster and not VM.
You will need to contact Color TV for further information.

@Cueball99 is correct, this would be an issue with the broadcaster. I see our team over the phone have also advised the same.
