Can any one help me thanks

I have ordered 2 new remotes for my tivo boxes to replace the type 13 tivo remotes, i have got them(out of the packiging they came in) today and they are a smaller model which i have tried to work with my tivo boxes but wit no luck,has any one got any ideas thanks.

Not sure what you mean by Type 13, but it sounds like you've been sent a V6 remote rather than a TiVo remote Can you take a photo of the 2 remotes side-by-side and post them onto this thread?

No luck,is there different codes for the smaller  remote,and if so how do i set it up to work. or do i need to get  different remotes as i have got 2 of the smaller  remotes for my 2 tivo boxes many thanks

The larger one on the right is the older TiVo model, the newer one on the left is the V6 complete with RF option.

I'm fairly sure the V6 one isn't backward compatible with the TiVo
