netflix

trying to connect to netflix get error messsage A01, netflix works on another box in different room. Tried rebooting, waiting for days, disconnecting from power all to no avail

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the Netflix app. 

Can you confirm if you access it through App&Games or directly through the channel?

Are you able to watch Netflix on other devices?

netflix

channel 204 comes up with error code A01 every time I try to open my netflix. Never managed to get it on the box in living room. On the box in the bedroom it works fine, any ideas? Tried rebooting  box and don't want to reset factory settings as I presume I will lose all my saved programmes

Channel 204 access .Yes no problem on a different box, can watch through smart TV too

Thanks for you reply, can you do the following:

  1. Select the home button
  2. Use the directional buttons to select Help & Settings
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Network
  5. Select Connection in progress: get status or Connect to the Virgin Media Service now

we don't have prime but iplayer works on red button

having the same problem all week? can't watch Netflix through Tivo Box? get error message "we're having problem playing title Blah Blah

"tvq-pb-101 (5.2.12)" however can watch on smart tv and pc, phone tablet etc?

 

tried speaking to support but can't understand English and sent me a Power plug for £3 per month extra

what happened to Virgin recently?
