Just great my amazon prime and netflix streaming service not working now im with virgin along with me being unable to sign uo to the virgin media app going to cancel now to frustrating to use dosen't do what it says on the box total con thats the reason its cheap it dosent work

You've posted in the TiVo forum, but this box doesn't have the Prime app. Which box do you have?

Once that's confirmed, you say these apps don't work.. but how so? What happens when you try to use them?

What happens when you try and access either the Amazon Prime / Netflix app? If you can provide some more information I'd love to look into this for you
