as far as i know he says he has to keep rebooting the box all the time he isnt sure why its happening could be a fault somewhere with the box any chance of a few tests to find anything

If your friend calls VM Faults on 150, they can run some remote checks.
Although if it's rebooting "all the time", the chances are it needs replacing.
