malfunctioning virgin tivo box

Hi,

Ive been suffering from a Tivo box that intermittently responds to the remote control. This has been ongoing for three plus years. I am on my third replacement remote and the problem still persists. I believe that the Tivo box is between five to six years old so the chances of this being at fault is quite high I imagine. Could you please arrange for a replacement box as it is proving extremely detrimental to the service that I receive?

You need to call Virgin Media to report your issues, and if they deem the box faulty will arrange for a replacement.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
